PAYROLL ASSISTANT
Maidstone, Kent | Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 2pm | £12.71 - £14/hr, Depending on Experience

We are looking for a Payroll Assistant to join our team in Maidstone, Kent. Working part-time hours, Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 2pm, you will provide vital support to the Payroll Manager, helping to collate payroll information and assist with payroll queries. This is a great opportunity for an experienced payroll professional looking for a role that fits around other commitments.

The Role

• Collating payroll information ready for processing each pay period.
• Assisting with payroll queries from employees and managers.
• Supporting the Payroll Manager with the day-to-day running of payroll.
• Assisting in sending out P11Ds.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential payroll records.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar payroll role is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills.
• A trustworthy, discreet approach to handling confidential information.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, helpful manner.
