DNA Vetcare is an independent veterinary group with over 50 practices across the UK, and we're continuing to grow. We're looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join our finance team and play a key role in supporting the commercial performance of our expanding business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded accountant who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and wants to make a real impact within a growing organisation.

About the Role

Reporting into the senior finance team, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, providing commercial insight, and supporting operational decision-making across the business. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to help drive performance while ensuring strong financial controls are maintained.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience as a Management Accountant within a large, multi-site organisation.
• Experience working with businesses operating across 30+ sites or with an annual turnover exceeding £30 million.
• Knowledge of franchise and partnership business models is essential
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insight.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence partnering with stakeholders across the business.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a growing organisation.
• An interest in embracing technology and a willingness to utilise AI tools to improve efficiency and support business processes.
• The ability to commute to our Chatham office, living within approximately 40 minutes of the site.
