Are you looking for a new role in Scunthorpe area? Our fantastic Old Registry Vets in Scunthorpe are seeking a Weekend Veterinary Receptionist to join their elite and independent practice.

The position suits a Receptionist who takes pride in delivering the ultimate client experience with a network of excellent Vets, Nurses, and Support teams to hand.

This is a Weekend position with two 10 hour days. 20 hours a week over Saturday and Sunday 8am to 6pm.

Your average day could include:

Answering the phone and booking appointments in a friendly, efficient and caring manner
Helping direct clients to the clinic
Answering emails and enquiries
Ensuring Facebook messages are responded to
Scanning documents to patients files
Taking payment at time of treatment
Advising clients of our Healthcare plan
Processing / logging Insurance Claims
Handling and restraining patients
