About The Role

Exciting ‘mews’! Kitten to Cat is on the rise, and we’re on the lookout for a passionate cat-loving nurse to join our expanding team and elevate our services. As a profession committed to growth and excellence, we prioritise staying current with the latest in CPD and personal development. Our top priority? That you share our absolute adoration for all things feline!

At Kitten to Cat, we celebrate diversity and teamwork, recognising that our unique blend of backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs is what sets us apart and enables us to deliver truly exceptional care fit for the kings and queens of the sofa. Whether you're an early bird or prefer shorter days, the Kitten is maturing into a Cat, and we find ourselves in a special position to accommodate your preferences. As our clinic continues to grow, we're flexible and adaptable, ensuring that our team members have the schedule that suits them best. Whether you thrive on an early start, prefer shorter shifts, or need a break in the middle of the week, we're here to support your work-life balance. Join us and enjoy a schedule that fits your lifestyle while helping us shape the care for cats in West London and beyond.

Who are we?

At Kitten to Cat, we're not just a clinic—we're a community. Recently welcomed into the DNA Vetcare independent team, led by veterinarians who understand the demands of our fast-paced profession, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care not only to our furry patients but also to our team members.

With DNA Vetcare's support, your personal needs are our priority. Whether it's flexibility in your schedule, understanding the pressures of the job, or providing outstanding support, we're here for you every step of the way. Plus, if you're not quite ready to say goodbye to the dog world, we offer the unique opportunity to combine shifts at one of our local branches, so you can keep up with the barking while still enjoying the purrs and cuddles at Kitten to Cat.

Where are we?

Situated in the picturesque neighbourhood of Kew in Southwest London, Kitten to Cat offers a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling city life. Our clinic boasts the Royal Botanical Gardens as its postcard backdrop, with a lush green canvas adorned by charming houses and verdant parks.

Conveniently accessible by public transportation, our location provides ease of access for both our clients and team members. Whether you’re arriving by bus, train, or tube, you’ll find getting to Kitten to Cat a breeze, allowing you to focus on what truly matters—providing exceptional care to our beloved feline friends.

About you:

  • Collaborative team player
  • Strong working ethos prioritising the welfare of cats first and foremost

What’s on offer?

In addition to joining a team of like-minded cat enthusiasts, we offer an environment where your passion for feline care is not just welcomed but celebrated. If you’ve ever been scolded for taking the time needed to clip a cat’s nails or for being cautious with treat distribution, or if you’ve been reprimanded for following a cat’s lead during a blood sample, then this job is tailor-made for you.

At Kitten to Cat, we value the individualized care and attention that cats deserve, and we understand that each cat is unique and may require extra time and patience.

Plus:

  • Company events
  • Company pension
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Employee discount
  • Free parking
  • Wellness programme
  • CPD allowance
  • And a competitive salary based on your experience and preferred rota

Join our team and experience the satisfaction of providing compassionate care without the constraints of rushed procedures or strict protocols. Your dedication to feline wellbeing will be appreciated and supported every step of the way.
