Are you looking for a new role in the Crystal Palace area? Our beautifully practice, Mayow Veterinary Surgery, is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist join their elite and independent, owned by vets, South London Team.

This is a one of a kind opportunity for a proactive and highly detail orientated Veterinary Receptionist, who really cares about patients, clients and offering the very highest levels of customer service.

The position suits a Veterinary Receptionist who takes pride in delivering the ultimate client experience with a network of excellent Vets, Nurses, and Support teams to hand.

Boasting a 5 day week, this new role is to enhance an already happy and committed team. This is a role working between Mayow Veterinary Surgery & Peckham Veterinary Surgery.

To be considered you should be an Experienced Receptionist with a background ideally in Veterinary Reception, or someone with lots of Administration and Customer Service experience in a customer facing role - and you definitely need to love animals!

Our beautiful surgery is located in Sydenham, and is just a short walk from Mayow park. We are ideally located with plenty of transport links (both bus and train) nearby.

We are part of an independent group of surgeries in Kent, Sussex, Surrey and London.

Your average day at Mayow Veterinary Surgery could include:

Answering the phone and booking appointments in a friendly, efficient and caring manner
Helping direct clients to the clinic
Answering emails and enquiries
Ensuring Facebook messages are responded to
Scanning documents to patients files
Taking payment at time of treatment
Advising clients of our Healthcare plan
Processing / logging Insurance Claims
Administration of our 0% finance for those in need of help with cost
